Good food for our guests is very important to us and we are proud of Oaxaca and its culinary diversity. We give our guests the best quality food available, with a wide selection of fresh meats, seafood and produce. Using the the freshest local ingredients, our staff offers a delicious menu, providing you with healthy, nutritional meals made from local ingredients. We have the best food! Las Palmeras Surf Camp Meal Schedule

Three meals are provided daily. Vegetarian meals are available. (please let us know food preferences when booking your trip!) Fresh juice and bottled water are provided at all meals. We have fabulous salsas, spicy and mild, fresh vegetables, fruit and local fish.  Alcohol and Soda are considered extra. We do have a complete bar with hard alcohol and beer, along with a variety of deserts such as ice cream, paletas and cookies for sale.

Breakfast starts at 5:00am

Continental Breakfast available starting at 5:00am:
Coffee and tea
Cookies and bread for toast or sandwiches
Fresh Juices
Fresh fruit (bananas, apples, pears, oranges, mangos, etc.)
Cereal (hot and cold)

Lunch 11:00am – 3:00pm

Different seafood plates (fish, shrimp)
Chilaquiles, enchiladas, quesadillas, beef or chicken
Hamburgers
Pastas
Sandwiches
Sides of vegetables, salsas, tortillas and rice

Dinner 5:00pm – 9:00pm

Fresh fish, baked, grilled or sauteed
Grilled chicken breast
A variety of Pastas
Shrimp with garlic sauce
Fresh Salads
Steamed Vegetables
Tlayudas
Flautas
Sides of vegetables, salsas, tortillas and rice
Other typical mexican food (let us know if you have a special request!)

All meals are served with beans, rice and assorted vegetables, salsas, plus delicious juices, such as watermelon, mango, melon, Jamaica, pineapple, etc.

Vegetarian meals are available as well, so please notify us upon making your reservation if you have any specific requests for meals, such as vegetarian, or vegan.
